Features

  1. PLC controlled with touch screen panel, easy to operate.
  2. Auger is driven by Servo Motor, orientating exactly.
  3. Servo mixing Motor, mixing speed is adjustable according to powder characteristic.
  4. Bottle lifting function, auger deep into bottle bottom, minimize the powder dust.
  5. Equipped with weighing system, filling exactly.
  6. Designed with vibrating function, capable of lighter density powder.
  7. No bottle no filling safety system.
  8. Powder contact parts are made in SUS.304# and polished, meet with G.M.P Standard.

  4. 挾瓶升降，螺桿深入瓶口內充填，減少粉塵汙染。
  5. 搭配秤重系統達到精確秤重充填。
  6. 搭配震動系統將比重較輕之原料更容易裝入瓶內
  7. 無瓶不充填。
  8. 粉末接觸面均以SUS304#製造及拋光處理，符合G.M.P要求。
