Features

  1. Filling by air-hydro cylinder driven with quantitative cylinder.
  2. Filling speed stable and smoothly, it can be adjust separately.
  3. Volume adjusted by scale, easy to operate.
  4. Filling nozzle dip into bottle, avoid liquid foamy.
  5. Check Valve designed ensure accuracy and easy to clean.
  6. Height of filling nozzle is adjustable, suitable for various
    higher or lower bottle sizes.
  7. Filling nozzle is easy to disassemble and maintain.
  8. All parts that contact with liquid are made by Teflon coating,
    filling nozzle also made by Teflon.
  9. Machine frame are made by SUS.304# and coating with HDPE.

PS: 1. Please prepare air compressor when use this machine.

  1. Equipped with 2 or 4 sets filling nozzles are decided by user.

特性

  1. 採用空油壓缸方式帶動定量缸進行充填動作。
  2. 出料及吸料速度穩定平順，可個別調整快慢。
  3. 容量調整只需依照刻度表簡易調整所需充填容量。
  4. 充填時充填管潛入瓶身充填設計，減少泡沫產生。
  5. 逆止閥設計，避免充填口滴料。
  6. 充填管可調整高低，適合多種高低瓶身使用。
  7. 充填管路快拆式設計，清洗保養容易。
  8. 液體流經接觸面及充填管均以鐵氟龍配制。
  9. 機台骨架以304#配制，機台表面披覆HDPE (高密度聚乙烯)

    附註：

    1. 需自備空壓機。

    2. 可依生產設計所需充填管，增加為2組或4組充填管。
